St Austell

Established in 1851, St Austell Brewery, which was initially known as Walter Hicks Wine & Spirits, embarked on its journey. It wasn’t until 12 years later that Walter ventured into brewing his own beer, starting with the inaugural creation at the Seven Stars Inn. From that point onwards, the brewery has proudly crafted some of the country’s most cherished pints and managed an impressive collection of pubs, where guests can indulge in our award-winning beers to satisfy their thirst.
