Local Maris Otter malting barley, Fawcett’s Dark Crystal, Pale chocolate and Wheat malt.

Hop varieties: Fuggles and Goldings from Brook House Hops, Herefordshire.

Splendid with a sticky toffee pudding or sweet treat.
