Delivery

At Hops and Apples, we collaborate with APC courier services to ensure your beverages reach you. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days after your latest payment.

Covid Delivery Agreement

With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing, our couriers will not be able to collect a physical signature upon delivery. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and accept that a parcel’s delivery confirmation without a signature, or photographic evidence of delivery provided by the courier, is considered sufficient proof of delivery.

Promotions

All promotional codes and offers are, unless stated otherwise, intended for single use only. Each account must be linked with one valid UK credit or debit card. These promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Misuse, such as multiple redemptions, is not allowed. Usage of one voucher per household is allowed. Be advised, your order may be cancelled without warning if multiple redemptions are made within the same household, and all associated charges will be refunded. If your order has already been processed, you may lose part or all of any delivery fee (where applicable) for returns.

Refunds

We value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you receive a defective product, you are entitled to a refund for that item. You can arrange for this by contacting via sales@hopsandapples.co.uk
