A key turning point for the brewery came when television personality Jeremy Clarkson joined the team, bringing with him a fresh supply of barley harvested from his own Cotswold farm. This homegrown barley infused a unique flavor profile into the beers, elevating the brewery’s offerings and further setting Hawkstone Brewery apart.
